I visit my elderly grandmother who is always treated with dignity and respect. The home does have a wonderful atmosphere and there is always plenty of staff around to assist when need be. Keep up the good work and I wish you all the very best in the festive period.

I visit my relative at Goole Hall on a regular basis and the staff always make me feel very welcome and offer me a drink when I arrive. The care my relative receives is really good and the staff cannot do enough, not only for my relative but for other residents as well.

Came to visit my aunt this week and she was so happy and relaxed. The staff were very welcoming and able to answer any questions I had regarding my aunt's care. They had an event on and myself and my aunt were given a lovely tray of homemade cakes and pastries. I really enjoyed my visit.

Thank you to all the staff at Goole Hall for all the love you gave to my grandmother, especially in her last few weeks. They went the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable and that we as relatives were looked after too.

The staff at Goole Hall are lovely and always welcoming, nothing is too much for them. My dad is well looked after there and all his needs are met. It's home from home.

I have been visiting Rotherwood for five years visiting two relatives. I have always found the home to be very clean and the staff welcoming and friendly.  The aunties always say that the food is very good.

My mum was placed in Rotherwood for 2 weeks in an Emergency rehab bed by the fast response team due to falls she'd been having. From arriving at the home during the early hours of the morning the staff were welcoming, reassuring and caring.

Throughout the two week stay at Rotherwood Residential Care Home all staff there were warm, friendly, patient, amazing people. The atmosphere within the care home is apparent on entering the front door, it's a relaxed, welcoming feel to the place.

Nothing fazes the staff at Bank Close House. In January 2017, my mother came from Lancashire to view the home and found herself too exhausted to return. Her choice of room was immediately made available and a walking aid provided.

All the staff are kind, patient and caring and genuinely interested in Mum and her life.

My Gran was in for a week for respite. The staff were friendly, approachable, caring and nothing was too much trouble.

On arriving, they asked my Gran all about her usual routine and respected her wishes. I had no concerns whatsoever with the care my Gran received from the staff.

Mum always said she never wanted to go into a home and was not happy about it, but the staff treated her so well and helped to improve her mobility again after a fall as well as making her feel valued.

They all enjoyed having a joke and sharing stories with her. Mum settled in quickly and began to actually be very happy there - and I would have said that would never happen. I would often spend many hours with her there and never felt I was in their way - in fact, the exact opposite.
