Great care has been taken throughout the home to ensure that the 'old' and 'new' blend together harmoniously, retaining as many of the original “Goole Hall” features as possible. Although the house has been modernised, it still retains the atmosphere of a grand family home.

All rooms are furnished to a high standard with quality decor and bedroom furniture, including lockable storage facilities. We always want our residents to feel at home during their stay and encourage them to bring small personal items of furniture to personalise their rooms.

We have an experienced team of cooks who create delicious and nutritious home-cooked food, which also covers special dietary requirements.  Residents have a choice of eating in the dining room or in their own room if they prefer.

Refreshments are available 24 hrs a day.

The home Manager and Senior care assistants, together with a team of dedicated carers, cooks, domestics, maintenance operative and dedicated activities co-coordinator provide 24 hour care for our residents.

We operate a keyworker system within Goole Hall enabling residents and their families, together with our staff to put together a care package to ensure that the individual needs of our residents are met.

Residents can choose to be cared for by their own GP if they are within the catchment area. If not, assistance is provided to arrange an alternative practice for their medical care.

At Goole Hall we have our own activities co-ordinator who organises a varied social calendar. This includes:

Parties can also be arranged by staff if requested.
