On the 31st October the staff and residents here at Bank Close House in Chesterfield celebrated All Hallows Eve with little sing song and a lot to eat.
The evening got under way with a pie and pea supper, which our residents thoroughly enjoyed. We all then enjoyed some games in the conservatory which included Poke the Pumpkin, Pin the Smile on the Pumpkin and Halloween Tin Can Alley.
All the staff on duty dressed up for the occasion you can see some of the costumes below.
This is Kyle our senior carer looking fantastic in his Mexican inspired skeleton outfit, and a few of the residents joined in with dressing up as well!
The evening was topped off with a sing a long which included “Old Time Classics”, “Musical Memories” and “Golden Oldies” all sung by Steven Shaw
All in all, staff, residents and relatives had an fantastic evening and well and truly enjoyed themselves.
Also, Kyle (Senior Carer) is doing the “No Shave for November” which all Staff, relatives and visitors are donating money towards. All money raised will be going into the residents fund.
